I built it because I didn't.

The real story

A few years ago I was running on empty. Not the kind of tired that a good night's sleep fixes. The kind that lives in your chest. I was a mother of two girls, juggling more than I should have been carrying, and somewhere in the middle of all of it I lost myself completely. The anxiety was constant. The burnout was real. And the version of me showing up every day wasn't the woman I wanted my daughters to see.

I tried the things you try. I searched for something that would help me feel like myself again, calm, clear, present. What I found was either full of ingredients I didn't trust, brands that didn't speak to me, or products that just didn't work.

So I stopped looking for the right product and started building it.

That's how Hydrated Leaf was born. Not in a boardroom, not with investors, but from a very personal place of needing something real and deciding to create it myself. That was five years ago. We're still here, still small, still made in Ontario, and we're just getting started.

What we make and why

Every product at Hydrated Leaf exists for one reason. To give your body and mind the support they've been asking for. No fillers. No fluff. No ingredients you can't pronounce. Just clean, effective wellness products made by someone who needed them first.

We started with CBD water and shots. When the companies manufacturing them closed down, I had two choices: walk away or rebuild. I rebuilt. That pivot led us to teas, topicals, and the bath and body products you see today, and honestly it pushed us toward something better. Every product we make now we make ourselves, with full control over what goes in and how it's made.

Our CBD Collection is for anyone who's discovered that CBD works for them and wants a brand they can trust completely. Lab-tested, Canadian-made, and formulated with real intention.

A note from me

I'm still on this journey. I don't have it perfectly figured out and I won't pretend I do. What I do have is a deep commitment to making products I'd put in my own body and give to the people I love most, including my two girls when they're ready.
