We are currently only shipping to Canada
We do offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (Within Canada Only). As much as we would love to offer this on every order, unfortunately this is not something most small businesses can offer.
We offer $10 flat rate shipping on all orders over $50 (Within Canada only).
We ship our products through local shipping companies such as Canada Post, CanPar, UPS and FedEx. Shipping times depend on the preferred delivery option you choose at check-out. Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare orders and please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We do offer a few local pick options that you can select from at checkout. Kindly note that these options can be selected under the shipping tab NOT under pick up. Our processing times are anywhere between 3-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also take INTERAC E-transfers. If you are interested in paying by E-transfer, choose “Bank Deposit” as your checkout method. After you complete your order, please send your payment to admin@hydratedleaf.com with your order number in the message. Order will be fulfilled after payment has been received. If no payment is received within 1 week of online purchase, the order will be cancelled. In addition, we have partnered up with Sezzle to offer you an easy payment plan option.
Unfortunately, we do not take returns. If you receive your product damaged, just shoot us an email at customerservice@hydratedleaf.com with a photo of your product, and we'll replace it for you immediately.
Cannabidiol, aka CBD, is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid compound found in cannabis. The cannabis plant contains at least 100 chemical compounds called cannabinoids. Unlike THC, it's not intoxicating. This is the source of CBD’s popularity: the ability to provide some of cannabis' therapeutic effects without the high. The benefits of CBD include anti-inflammation, anti-anxiety, anti-nausea, and cancer fighting properties.
While both are members of the cannabis family, there are some big differences between hemp and marijuana .The main difference between Hemp derived CBD and Cannabis derived CBD is the THC percentage. Both produce CBD but the THC content is not the same. Cannabis CBD can contain up to 30% THC, which is the compound responsible for the "high" associated with cannabis. Consuming THC can lead to unwanted side effects (paranoia, anxiety) for some. Hemp derived CBD contains less than 0.3% THC and is non-intoxicating (no high).

Our CBD shots are crafted using nanotechnology. Nano what? This simply means that nano-sized molecules of the highest quality hemp oil are infused into our water. This method ensures the highest bioavailability with quick and easy absorption into the body. For example, our 5mg CBD shot is equivalent to 50mg of CBD oil. The technology acts on CB1 and CB2 receptors located in our bodies to quickly reduce pain and inflammation.
Absolutely not! Your body will only absorb what it needs. How fast can I feel the effects of CBD water? CBD water has a faster absorption speed compared to the CBD oil. This is mainly due to CBD water having a higher bioavailability. Hands down, CBD water is way more bioavailable than its oil counterpart. While a reasonable percentage of oil gets through your system, virtually 100% of the CBD in water is used by the body. In fact, CBD water is at least 90% more efficient at absorbing into the bloodstream compared to the CBD oil. Therefore, you need less water to receive the maximum benefits of CBD in relation to oil.
We use rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) containers, as well as the 2oz bottles. If we could make everything from post-consumer waste, we would - in fact, we are currently working to develop a better delivery system!
